TrueTrack is a Shopify application that collects a store's commerce events and delivers them, on the merchant's instructions, to advertising and analytics platforms the merchant connects (such as Meta, Google Analytics 4 and TikTok), together with monitoring, alerting and reconciliation reporting.
You must operate a Shopify store and have authority to bind the business installing the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the platform credentials and settings you connect.
Subscriptions are billed exclusively through Shopify's billing system at the prices shown in the app, after any free trial. Uninstalling the app ends billing per Shopify's billing rules. Over-cap behavior is described in the app: purchase events continue to send during a 7-day grace period after reaching a plan's monthly order cap, and continue even afterward; browse-event delivery may pause until upgrade.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We act as processor for shopper data on your instructions.
You may not use TrueTrack to send fabricated events, to track individuals unlawfully, or in violation of Shopify's or any connected platform's policies. We may suspend service for abuse.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Shopify, Meta, Google or TikTok APIs, or specific advertising outcomes (attribution, ROAS or match-quality levels).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising spend.
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate for material breach. Sections 5–10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
