Merchants (store owners)

Uninstall the app — that's it. From your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → TrueTrack → Uninstall.

All sending and processing stops immediately.
Billing stops automatically (billing runs through Shopify).
All data we hold for your store — events, orders, connections, settings — is permanently purged within 48 hours via Shopify's shop-redact process.

Shoppers (store customers)

TrueTrack processes shopper data on behalf of the store you purchased from, and only in hashed form (emails and phone numbers are SHA-256 hashed; raw values are never stored). To exercise deletion rights, contact the store you purchased from — when they process your request through Shopify, the deletion reaches us automatically and your identifiers and related events are erased.

Prefer to ask us directly?

Email support@gettruetrack.com from the address associated with your request and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much faster) and confirm in writing.
